All online payments are processed safely through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted and secure payment platforms. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Yes, bookings are confirmed as follows:
1st – Upon booking the course, you will receive an automated payment receipt and a brief course description.
If you have not received automated emails (also check your spam or junk box too) generated by our system, it may mean that you entered an incorrect email address, or your inbox is overloaded and unable to receive more emails (in which case, you may want to free up some space). However, there is no need to worry. We still receive your booking and will contact you by phone to obtain the correct email address.
2nd – Within a few hours of the booking, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation outlining dates, times, locations, etc.
If your booking is made during working hours, you should receive a full booking confirmation and a text message within a couple of hours, confirming your purchase.
The booking confirmation will include detailed instructions on what needs to be done before the course start date. The text message will also briefly explain the key steps and highlight what to pay attention to.
If you made a booking outside working hours then the booking confirmation will be sent on the next working day.
Currently, learners can book a course either by paying the full course fee or by paying a deposit to secure their place.
If a course is booked with a deposit, we will register you on the course and send you a full booking confirmation (along with a text message) and an electronic invoice for the remaining balance. This balance must be settled before the course commencement date.
Depending on how far in advance the booking is made, we usually ask learners to settle the invoice five working days before the course start date.
However, if a learner is experiencing financial difficulties and informs us in advance, we are always happy to offer full support. In such cases, we can extend the payment deadline and agree on mutually acceptable terms. For example, the payment may be made on the first day of training instead of five working days beforehand.

First Aid
Took the Emergency First Aid At Work course, which I thoroughly recommend.
Our instructor was David, who took time to take us through the programme.
I particularly found the pre-course documentation really helpful, which has an exam that concludes this aspect of the initial training.
Needless to say, this pre-course material is invaluable, as the material covered in this course ties in very well with what's then taught on the day, when there's the practical outworking of what's previously been covered in the pre-course information. Well done and many thanks.
