I recently completed door supervisor refreshener training with SWBM academy and i'm very satisfied with the experience.
The content was well-structured easy to follow and covered all the essential areas needed .
The instructor David is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help with questions or clarification.
I appreciated how the course included real - world scenarios and practical guidance , not just theory. It really boost my confidence .

Security officer Refresher
The trainer teaching the course is someone other supervisors can relate to as he has a lot of experience in the field.
His training services I would highly recommend to other security operatives even though the course and modules do require a certain level of concentration.
