I recently completed a first aid course, and it was an excellent experience. The training was clear, practical, and easy to follow. I learned how to respond effectively in emergencies, including CPR, treating wounds, and managing common injuries

I really enjoyed my first aid course with David at SWBMA. First of all the course was local to me and easy to book. The online part was well presented and I managed to answer the test questions easily.
For the in person part, David was extremely thorough and made me practice in detail until I got the gestures right. I feel I have learnt a lot.

I particularly found the pre-course documentation really helpful, which has an exam that concludes this aspect of the initial training.
Needless to say, this pre-course material is invaluable, as the material covered in this course ties in very well with what's then taught on the day, when there's the practical outworking of what's previously been covered in the pre-course information. Well done and many thanks.
