The first aid course with SWBM Academy was excellent, with plenty of hands-on experience alongside clear, thorough explanations, examples and demonstrations. David, our first instructor, was dynamic, patient and engaging, and really took the time to make sure we understood not just what we were doing, but why it mattered and how it could make a real difference in an emergency. The whole session felt practical, supportive and enjoyable, with really good communication before and after the course too.

Easy to read and follow instructions for the theory online, and easy to do the test at home and theory at home.
Great Practical with the Instructor. Very thorough and patient. Answered our questions professionally and behaved professionally at all time. Highly reccomend it! Thank you
