recently completed an SIA Top-Up Course, and I can confidently say it was a great experience. The course was well-structured, informative, and delivered by knowledgeable instructors who made sure everyone understood the latest industry updates and legal requirements.

The training covered everything needed to stay up to date with new security regulations, conflict management, and emergency procedures, ensuring that all participants were fully prepared for real-world situations. The practical scenarios and refresher content on physical intervention techniques were particularly useful.

The course was also very well-paced, allowing enough time for both theory and practical assessments without feeling rushed. The training provider was professional, and the booking process was simple and hassle-free.

Overall, I highly recommend this SIA Top-Up Course to anyone needing to renew their license. It’s an essential refresher that ensures security professionals remain compliant and confident in their roles.

Teaching was great and very helpful. Services were good. I would definitely recommend as I learnt a lot from a helpful teacher, which is why I passed first time. Also the course was very engaging and interacting, I was also told what not to do. If you’re doing the first aid course however, make sure all coursework that needs to be completed is completed, or you probably won’t be let into the course.

I attended and passed the First Aid course provided by SWBM Academy. The tutor was an excellent and inspiring teacher. I would highly recommend his services to all my friends and colleagues in the security industry. Thanks once again for making everything so practical and easy to learn.
