Learn How to Ensure Safety!
COURSE OVERVIEW
Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling
Manual handling injuries are a major cause of lost working days in the UK, often resulting from sprains and strains due to improper lifting or movement of objects—such as lifting boxes, painting, cleaning, or gardening.
At SWBM Academy, we offer accredited manual handling qualifications that support regulatory compliance and help reduce the risks and costs linked to manual handling incidents in the workplace.
Who is this Qualification For?
This course is suitable for employees at all levels who may be involved in manual handling tasks, such as lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, carrying, or moving items by hand or bodily force.
It is ideal for those starting or returning to work, individuals who require specific manual handling training, and those in need of refresher training to maintain compliance and reduce injury risks.
