Good teacher, good personality and with expirience. I think that is the most important as the rest we have on the book and I belive that he bring the learning in to the next lvl :). I have other SIA license and I expected boring class room course because of that, but I was surprised and I had chance to learn more from someone with 20y expirience.

From the moment I booked this course, I was personally called with guidance on its process within the hour. Throughout this course the service & tutelage Mr Eristavi provided exceeded the training standard the SIA requires for this industry. The course was well organised & the lessons where tailored with an additional reflection of his real life experiences throughout his career for his students to learn from.

I have attended Door Supervisor training sessions this Sept in Wood Green Centre and quality of the training exceeded my expectations. Tutor provided clear guidelines, called me personally, information sent via email to start the e-learning immediately allowed us to be prepared for the actual course contents. Certainly, all colleagues did their homework online too prior to the course. Online learning has a little test at the end of each section and asks very practical questions.
4 days training started sharp on time, lots of discussions about the contents in the booklet and real-life practical scenarios to learn from the trainer’s personal experience. Physical handling was very interesting and the trainer well explained the real-life practical aspects too with additional information.
