I booked my top up course with SWBM academy due to the fact that all the pre test study online course material is quite easy to access and understand. (Convenient if you have busy schedule , online studying good option)

On test day the staff was very professional and helpful. Especially David who helped me to sort out photos which I forgot to bring with me. The paperwork and induction was easy.

It was a pleasure to join the Door Supervisor, SIA course headed up by David at the Cypriot Community Centre in Wood Green. The course was well organised and thorough. It was inspiring to be coached by such an experienced expert. Every day I gained a wealth of knowledge, both mentally and physically. The stand-out element in the course was the way we were put in 'real life' situations and given the skills to deal with them, through interactive role play. The course leader shared his extensive experience in the job with was invaluable to us all.
I was appreciative about the open learning environment, where we were able to ask questions and discuss every detail with the course leader who was assertive, professional, and at the same time friendly and approachable.

The extensive first aid course provided us all with essential life-time, life- saving, skills.

The website is also very user- friendly and rich with useful resources, which is much appreciated. I cannot recommend this course highly enough.

The Sia top up Course was really good I learnt a lot from it and the trainer David was excellent he delivered a 5* service and went above and beyond would definitely book him for any of my security courses!

It was very nice and different experience you were actually learning new things , if you would comply with whatever they were asking you, you would be absolutely fine and it is not some kind of centre that wants their learners to just pass… you were learning actual on the job skills
