Q1. Will I get a receipt upon booking the course?

Yes, bookings are confirmed as follows:

1st – Upon booking the     course, you will receive an automated payment receipt and a brief course     description.
If you have not received     automated emails (also check your spam or junk box too) generated by our     system, it may mean that you entered an incorrect email address, or your     inbox is overloaded and unable to receive more emails (in which case, you     may want to free up some space). However, there is no need to worry. We     still receive your booking and will contact you by phone to obtain the     correct email address.

2nd – Within a few hours of     the booking, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation outlining     dates, times, locations, etc.

It is a blended course with a total duration of 7 hours, structured as follows:
 • Online Learning:
 You will be given access to eLearning, which must be completed online prior to the course commencement date.
 • Classroom Learning:
 There is no classroom training. You will only be required to attend the exam in person.

To register for this qualification, learners are required to be 14 years of age or above. It is also recommended that learners have a  minimum of level 1 in English or equivalent.

Paper Based Exams / Externally set and     marked multiple-choice question (MCQ) examination made up of 20 questions (45 minutes). Pass mark = 12 Correct answers / This qualification is graded as Pass or Fail.

• Resits depend on the package you purchase. However, regardless of the package deal you choose, you are guaranteed a minimum of two free resits.
