David was extremely helpful about the exam process, and very friendly and willing to offer a helping hand when needed. I appreciate all the advise he gave me throughout it this process.

I did the online top up course & attended for exam. Team were very helpful especially when they noticed a problem with my First Aid certificate which I was lucky to get corrected.

I have been working in the security industry for over 25 years but I was concerned about all the exams to go through for new Top Up course since English is not my first language.
