New Requirements for SIA Qualifications from 1st Apr 2021

From 1 April 2021, SIA will:
• introduce new licence-linked qualifications
• require door supervisors and security guards to get the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification before they take their licence-linked training.Training During Current Lockdown

We have examined the Lockdown document and FE (Further Education) guidance, contacted our Awarding Body, Highfield today and there are no instructions for us to lockdown from the regulator, Afqual. Based on the above guidelines, people can go out for education. Consequently, we stay open to carry on business as usual until we are told otherwise.
L2 Security Officer Courses through Distance Learning

Our Awarding Body, Highfield’s ‘Qualify at Home’ suite is now being piloted for some of Highfield’s security qualifications, meaning that your learning can be done through remote teaching and learners can qualify from the safety of their home. Consequently, we are soon launching our Online Level 2 Security Officer Courses, fully accredited and approved by the SIA.
Pay by instalments for training
